When you send an inquiry
We keep your name, mobile number, business name, city, the kind of business and your message, so we can call or WhatsApp you about BuddyX. They are stored on our servers (Cloudflare), in our Google Sheet of inquiries and in our customer system.
When you ask for a test call
We keep your mobile number and the agent you picked. We send a 4-digit code to that number on WhatsApp, so that only the owner of a number can ask for a call to it, and then make one AI test call to it. The AI says it is an AI. Like all BuddyX calls, the call is recorded and written down so we can follow up with you. We make at most 2 test calls a day and 6 a month to a number.
When you visit
We count visits and clicks to see what is useful on this site: the pages you open, the buttons and links you click (for example WhatsApp or call), how far you scroll, which link or ad brought you here, your type of device and browser, and your country and city as our host reports them. Your browser keeps a random id so we can tell a return visit from a new one. We do not keep your IP address, and we do not use device fingerprinting.
Google Analytics also measures visits. If you click Accept on the cookie notice, Microsoft Clarity (how pages are used) and the Meta Pixel (to measure and improve our ads) are switched on as well. If you click No, thanks, they stay off. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not send you SMS. We use your number only to reply to you about BuddyX.
